Eligibility criteria for the Dutch Government Scholarship 2026:

Applicants must:

• The applicant must not be from the European Economic Area.
• Apply and receive an offer of admission from the relevant Dutch university.
• Meet all requirements of the university you are applying to.
• You do not already have a degree from any educational institution in the Netherlands.
• Apply for a full-time bachelor's or master's degree.

How to apply for a Holland Scholarship for international students:

• You are eligible to apply for an NL scholarship at the Dutch Higher Education Institution (DHEI) of your choice, provided you meet the selection criteria.
• All 32 Dutch partner universities offer Bachelor's and Master's programs in various departments.
• Each department has its own online application form.
