The Colombian Government Scholarship 2025 is now open for applications. This fully-funded scholarship is offered by the Government of Colombia for the academic year 2025. The scholarship is available to international students wishing to pursue a master’s degree program at Colombian public and private higher education institutions. The scholarship is for two years (4 semesters) and is administered and funded by ICETEX – a Colombian state entity that promotes higher education. The Colombian Government Scholarship covers health insurance, medical costs, tuition fees, visa expenses, living expenses, a monthly stipend, installation expenses, and books for all selected applicants. Eligibility criteria

• Foreign citizens of any nationality are eligible to apply. The scholarship is open to all students from outside Colombia.
• Not for Colombian citizens or residents.
• You may not have any marital or facto relationship in Colombia.
• Not older than 50 years
• - To have a professional, university or postgraduate degree in any field of knowledge.
• Applicants may apply for up to three degree programmes.
• IELTS certificate is not required.
