• The scholarship is open to both European and non-European citizens.
• Scholarships are aimed at young students and adult learners to continue their studies at MQF Level 7 or MQF Level 8.
• MFQ stands for Malta Qualifications Framework (MQF)
  • MQF Level 7 = Master's Studies
  • MQF Level 8 = Doctoral Studies
• They do not have the same level of qualification.

Note : If you already hold a master's degree, you are eligible to apply for a PhD, but not for another master's degree or a lower-level postgraduate certificate or diploma. Applicants already enrolled in a doctoral program or at the same doctoral level are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.
