The Marriott Customer Engagement Center (CEC) in Singapore serves as the primary hub for Marriott International's customer service and support operations in the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities

Serve guests from around the world as they embark on their travel journey. Create a seamless experience and build passionate fans for the brand by answering questions about hotel amenities, services, and in-room accommodations to support our overall vision of being the world's favorite travel company. Handle incoming contacts for a variety of Marriott brands and assist customers with their booking needs or questions through preferred channels, including voice, email, and chat. Responsibilities include processing reservation requests and supporting basic loyalty and customer service requests. This role will identify guest reservation needs and implement sales techniques to maximize revenue. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special reservation rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management. Provide customer support through assistance and guidance in resolving issues and maintaining open communication with Marriott hotels, relevant corporate contacts, and third parties.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No relevant work experience or supervisory experience required.
  • No licensing or certification requirements
  • Proficiency in English and Korean to communicate with Korean-speaking partners

  • Working Hours: Shift and rotational work hours are required including weekends and holidays (basically 8am-5pm / 10am-7pm)
